Pork Patties

Ingredients

750 g (1 2/3 pounds) ground pork
250 g (8 oz.) ground beef
1 Tbs. potato starch
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground ginger
about 2 dl (3/4 cup) full fat milk
butter

Instructions

1) Mix the ground pork and beef with the dry ingredients. Mix well. Gradually add the milk.

2) Form into oval cakes and fry on all sides in butter, about 6 minutes total.

3) Serve with pan drippings, boiled potatoes and sauerkraut.
