1) Make a dough according to the directions in the Sweet Buns recipe and let rise until doubled.
2) For the filling, combine almonds and sugar. Lightly beat the egg white and add.
3) Divide the dough into 12-16 pieces. Press each piece flat. Spoon a little almond filling into the middle of each and wrap with the dough. Roll into smooth balls.
4) Preheat the oven to 225 C (425 F).
5) Place the balls on a greased oven sheet. Let rise 20 minutes.
6) Brush with with beaten egg and bake 10-15 minutes.
