Cream Puff Pretzel
Ingredients
cream puff dough
whipped cream
powdered sugar icing
Instructions
1)
Follow the recipe for cream puffs, but do not spoon the dough into a pastry tube.
2)
Spoon onto the greased oven sheet in the shape of a large pretzel.
3)
Bake 30 minutes. Cool.
4)
Divide in half horizontally and fill with whipped cram flavored with sugar and vanilla. Replace the top half.
5)
Glaze with a mixture of confectioner's sugar stirred into a little cream and flavored with rum extract.
