Bread Pancakes
Ingredients
250 g (9 oz.) white bread
7 1/2 dl (3 cups) milk
1 Tbs. butter
3 Tbs. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cardamom
3 Tbs. sugar

Instructions
1)
Cut the crusts from the bread and cube.
2)
Bring the milk to a boil and pour over the bread. Soak overnight.
3)
Mix to a batter. Add remaining ingredients. The batter should be rather thick.
4)
Fry small cakes on both sides in butter.
5)
Serve hot with jam.
