Beefsteak

Ingredients

180 g (6-7 oz.) boneless strip loin
salt
pepper
butter

Instructions

1) Pound the beef lightly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2) Brown in browned butter in a hot skillet. Turn the steak when droplets of juice begin to appear on the raw side.

3) The steak is "medium" when juice begins to appear on top of the cooked side.

4) Let rest 2-3 minutes before serving.

5) Serve with pan juices, boiled potatoes, fried onions and peas. Enjoy!
