Barley Flour Porridge
Ingredients
1 dl (1/3 cup) water
1 dl (1/3 cup) skim milk
2 dl (2/3 cup) barley flour
salt
Instructions
1)
Combine water & milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2)
Whisk the flour into the boiling liquid and cook until thick and shiny.
3)
Simmer 10-15 min. Season with salt.
4)
Serve with syrup or sugar and butter.
