My Ribs & Rib Sauce
Ingredients
10 pickled onions
1/2 jar mango chutney
2 bottles H.P. sauce
4 cups white vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 cup tomato ketchup
Instructions
1)
Combine in blender.
2)
Heat 10 mins. on low heat.
3)
Steam baby back ribs.
4)
Marinate 30 mins. in a little of the sauce.
5)
Bake in oven for 4 hrs. on low (225) with a tray of water.
