For the marinade: 4 Tbs. soy sauce 4 Tbs. sunflower oil 2 Tbs. lemon juice freshly ground black pepper 4 chicken supremes For the dressing: 2oz/50g butter 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 Tbs. fresh parsley, finely chopped juice of half a lemon
Instructions
1) Make the marinade first. Mix together soy sauce, oil, lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper.
2) Make cross cuts into the flesh of the supremes and brush with marinade. Leave for 10 minutes.
3) Preheat the grill then cook supremes, basting with remaining marinade. Cook for about 8 minutes on each side, basting all the time.
4) Meanwhile heat butter in a pan and add garlic, parsley and lemon juice. Cook gently 1 minute. Pour over cooked chicken just before serving with noodles.
