Lingonberry Pudding
Ingredients
1 liter (quart) lingonberries
5 dl (2 cups) water
5 3/4 dl (2 1/2 cups) sugar
2 dl (3/4 cup) rye flour
Instructions
1)
Bring the berries and 1 dl (1/2 cup) of the water to a boil.
2)
Add sugar and simmer 10 minutes.
3)
Whisk the flour into the remaining water and whisk into the berry mixture. Simmer about 10 minutes.
4)
Serve warm with light cream.
