Meatballs
Ingredients
1 kg (2 1/4 pounds) boneless beef chuck
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 dl (1/3 cup) potato starch
3 Tbs. minced onion
about 5 dl (2 cups) milk
Instructions
1)
Grind the meat 2 or 3 times, then mix with the dry ingredients. Gradually add the milk.
2)
Form the mixture into 4 cm (1 1/2") meatballs and simmer in water or stock until thoroughly cooked, 6-8 minutes.
3)
Serve with a light brown gravy, boiled potatoes and vegetables. Enjoy!
