Pollack With Onions

Ingredients

1 large onion
butter
1 kg (2 1/4 pounds) skinless and boneless pollack fillets
flour seasoned with salt and pepper
6 dl (2 1/2 cups) whipping cream

Instructions

1) Peel and slice the onion.

2) Brown in butter and reserve.

3) Cut the fish into serving pieces.

4) Dip in seasoned flour and fry in butter, 2-3 minutes per side.

5) Arrange the fish and onion on a serving platter.

6) Pour the cream into the frying pan. Boil about 1 minute.

7) Nap the fish with the sauce.

8) Serve with boiled almond potatoes and grated carrots.
