Buttermilk Soup
Ingredients
4 Tbs. (1/4 cup) chopped blanched almonds
2 dl (3/4 cup) raisins
3 1/2 liters (quarts) buttermilk
1 1/4 dl (1/2 cup) sugar
1 1/2 dl (2/3 cup) flour
Instructions
1)
Add almonds & raisins to the milk.
2)
Combine sugar & flour and whisk gradually into the milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly and cook until thickened.
